    Ron Janelle was born and raised in the CSRA and has been in the construction field for 23 years. He has operated IDK Builders for the last 7 years, building over 65 homes during that time.

    Ron is a member of the Builders Association of Metro Augusta and the Georgia Plumbing Trade Association as Ron is also a Master Plumber. IDK Homes are GoodCents Homes. Ron attends continuing education on a regular basis so that he can stay up-to-date with the many changes in the home building industry.     Brian Hall graduated from Georgia Southern University with a BS in Civil Engineering Technology in 1999 and with 8 plus years of construction experience founded Oakdale Custom Homes, Inc. In that time Brian has built over 100 homes for customers in the Aiken/Augusta area.

    A member of the Builders Association of Metro Augusta as well as the National Association of Home Builders, Brian holds Residential Superintendent and Certified Graduate Builder designations. Brian believes in continuing education to ensure the latest building technologies are used in his homes. Brian is currently pursuing his Graduate Master Builder designation through the NAHB. Brian is a member of the Guild Quality Customer Satisfaction Survey Program.
